Initial Definition Tool

This is intended to be used before the system is deployed to set up the project for a specific map. It may also have to be used if major changes -- such as the permanent removal or addition of nodes - are made to the map. It is used to produce the nodelist configuration file^4.1 used by both the route-engine and the end-user software. As this is a simple text file, this piece of software is not really necessary, and so was developed merely as a prototype.
